Summary:

Our Inside Sales Representatives are driven, competitive and have a passion for winning! As an Inside Sales Representative with Alert 360, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Inside Sales Representatives follow up on prospects and interact with existing customers primarily by phone to increase sales of products and services. Works with team members in field sales. Provides support to customers over the phone by relying on experience and judgment to accomplish sales goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up calls and emails
  • Able to listen and understand needs and requirements of new and existing customers
  • Technical mindset to be able to identify or troubleshoot existing systems
  • Route opportunities to appropriate field personnel for further lead development via CRM (Salesforce)
  • Able to work individually and with a team

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated
  • Strong computer skills
  • Able to provide a remarkable customer experience to new and existing customers
  • Possess quality e-mail and phone etiquette skills
  • Must be able to work 2nd shift 12 p.m. – 9 p.m. M – F
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
