How do I update my call list or contact list?

It is very important to maintain a current call list. Your call list determines how we respond to alarms. To add, remove or change the order of your call list, please contact our Customer Support Center at 1-888-642-4567, option 2, option 4. After we verify your password and authority level, we will gladly make the changes.
