  As I was shopping around for a home security system I knew I wanted to go with a local company and Alert 360 came highly recommended! Josh came to my home and addressed all my questions, concerns and security needs. Glenn came out and did the installation and was very professional, neat, and tidy. He walked me through the process of using my keypad and doorbell camera (which is awesome!) As a more than satisfied customer, I recommend Alert 360 for your home security monitoring needs!

  Alert 360 did a wonderful job setting up our new home. The consultation was informative and thorough, even for a tech geek like me. On installation day, they set up a new touch door lock, garage door connector, touchscreen control panel, new door opening detectors, and a new motion detector with minimal fuss and all very clean. I'm very happy with their service.

  I have been a customer of Alert 360 Security for over two years. I recently moved and decided to continue my service. I have had great customer service with Alert 360 and the monitoring service. The equipment is user friendly and has been reliable. The technicians have been polite and hard working, especially Will. He has been great with communication and always fulfilled his promises. I highly recommend Coastal if you are looking for a good dependable system and customer service experience.

He gave us a one-on-one demonstration of all the features and functions of our new system. For the system, it is a great value.

  FANTASTIC. Stellar customer service. I worked with Josh for both my townhouse and new house purchased. Josh knows his business very well and through simple questions and answers was able to set me up with the best ideal system. I prefer companies with a DCJS license whose techs are ALL certified. Here is my scenario, the new house and I had a very important business meeting,I just moved in, and securing the house was a top priority. Josh did a walk through with me, and I gave him my house key to hand to the technician. I have so much ABSOLUTE TRUST in this company I gave them my house key so they could install while I wasn't even home!!! Install was clean, any drilling debris was vacuumed up and wiped away clean, and attention to detail was precise and Paramount. I had requested a few cosmetic things "if it was possible" ,and the technician took it upon himself to go far and above to make the lines and hardware clean and well put together. My key was left where I asked it to be when I returned home some hours later. Again, stellar service. Call Center Command: the folks that call you if an alarm is triggered. Polite, quick, and to the point, once you verify your identity via code. Tell you exactly what was triggered and how. Outstanding Customer Service-Outstanding group. If you want an affordable, reliable, secure system go with these guys. I've done security work around the world,in some pretty bad places, of course I'm going to be astringent. Josh and the guys at Alert 360 are Great. Go with this group,you won't be disappointed.

  Scott showed me the system, went over all the options with me, and helped me pick out the things that work best for my application. I had my system installed by Will. The installation was painless and quick. He walked me through the system and ensured I knew how to use all the options. The controls for the system are easy to use and have many options. I recommend them highly to all my friends and coworkers.

  Customer service is #1. I have always been able to contact someone if I had a question with my service or equipment. The security system was installed by builder and the sales rep Josh helped me upgrade the equipment for my needs. The tech Robert has never failed me and helped me understand the system for the best results.
