Alert 360 lets you send a panic alert directly from your app if you cannot make it to the panel or call 9-1-1 in the event of an emergency. By selecting and holding the panic button in the Alert 360 app, an alarm signal is sent to the Alert 360 monitoring station from the security panel, which ties the signal to your property’s location.

Depending on your Alarm system, you will be presented with different panic button selections. Police (audible panel siren), Fire, Silent Police (no audible panel siren) or Auxiliary (medical). All buttons will send an immediate alarm signal to the Alert 360 monitoring center from the alarm panel at your property. The panic button will work anywhere you go. Note: The audible Police icon may not be available, depending on the type of security panel you have installed.
Once the panic button has been activated in the app, the Alert 360 monitoring center will immediately dispatch authorities to the location of your property protected by Alert 360.
Alarm events and emergencies can be stressful. Alert 360 Smart Signal lets you quickly decide whether the alarm was an accident or if help is needed, allowing for faster notifications to our monitoring station and greater protection from false alarm dispatches.
When an alarm event occurs, a Cancel Alarm and a Verify Alarm button will appear at the top of the home screen in the Alert 360 app along with a Time Remaining counter. You will have 2 minutes to either cancel or verify the alarm.
To cancel a false alarm, simply press and hold the Cancel Alarm button in the Alert 360 app for 3 seconds until the status bar completes. The Alert 360 monitoring center will cancel the alarm and will not dispatch emergency services.
To verify an actual emergency when help is needed, press and hold the Verify Alarm button in the Alert 360 app for 3 seconds until the status bar completes. The Alert 360 monitoring center will alert authorities immediately to respond to your emergency.
If you do nothing, we will still contact you by phone regarding your alarm signal.
