We called a company called Fort Knox security which is located in Texas and they contract with Alert 360 to install security systems in the PHX area. We had a rough start due to some communication errors between the two companies but those were figured out and we were taken care of. NOW to mention the techs that came out to do the install Eddie and Kevin. What nice guys! They installed everything we needed and educated us on other products that would work in our home as well. They were not pushy by any means just sincerely helpful. The price was very reasonable. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend Alert 360 to anyone who is need of an alarm system especially during these uncertain times in our country. It is hard to find people now days that take pride in their work and do what it takes to complete a job and do it right and not half A**. I've been using Alert 360 for my home security needs since 2021. They have amazing customer service from sales to call center to tech support personnel servicing the equipment. They have very affordable packages that allow you to decide how much equipment and/or monitoring fits your needs and budget. And you can always add equipment later if you just need to get started.Should you experience an alarm situation. They are very responsive, an immediate call is placed to you and the first question is, are you okay, are you safe. Then they go into what has prompted the call and get your credentials and if dispatch is needed. I was away from home once, receiving their call was the first indication there was an issue at my house. A window sensor was alarming them (apparently my push notifications for that function was turned off). After determining I was safe but away, they asked if I'd like a dispatch. Since I do have pets at home I said yes, and I'll head there myself. Once here I called them back to let them know that nothing was wrong with the windows and they setup a tech to come check into the equipment. The technician arrived in the time frame and quickly determined that the built-in window frame sensors were aging out (10+yrs) and promptly installed contact sensors. While here the technician tested all the rest of the equipment and determined the doorbell camera also needed replaced. The technician installed a new camera and reset the app and keypad programming. Since all of the equipment was still under warranty, it was all covered, no cost to me.read more

My older system is working well due to the needed upgrades to the system. One zone was not making contact due to our extreme heat so your technician made it wireless. It was a good move and took away the hassle of having to line up the contacts.

  • Who is Alert 360?

  • How does this benefit me?

    For decades, Alert 360 and the My Alarm Center family of brands have provided protection and peace of mind for security customers across the nation. As separate companies over the years, we’ve matched advancing technology to our product offerings to meet the unique needs that modern security requires.

    As Alert 360, we plan to continue to offer the peace of mind of best-in-class security solutions with all the advantages that a larger company with greater resources has, combined with the local reach of understanding and truly caring about the communities we protect.

  • Do I need to update my account information?

    No, you will remain in our system with the same login credentials you currently use to view your account, make bill payments, and upgrade your service. Even the customer portal experience will remain the same – just with a new coat of paint!

  • Will my app still work?

    Yes, our systems are still compatible with any current apps you have to manage your alarm system.

  • Will I need to get a new system?

    No, your existing system will remain connected and in service.

  • What if I received a letter from another security company saying that Vio sold my account to them?

    It is possible that Vio transferred your account to another security company. No customers were transferred to both companies to our knowledge, so you will have either received direct communication from Alert 360 or this other security company.

    As mentioned above, only some of the Vio customers were transferred to Alert 360 for the ultimate customer experience we have to offer.

    If your account was transferred to another security provider, this was before we entered into an agreement to acquire accounts from Vio.

  • Are you still a local servicing company?

    Yes, our local branches and service technicians will remain the same to take care of all your home security needs, wherever you are!

  • How do I pay my bill?

    If you signed up for paperless billing, you can still pay your bill online through the customer portal using your same login credentials. Mail-in payment details will be included in your next billing cycle.

  • How do I upgrade my system?

    Simply login to your account, view your account information, and select the ‘Upgrade’ tab. Or, you can call 888.642.4567 , just have your account information handy!

  • Will I need to sign a new contract?

    No, your current contract and service information will transition to Alert 360.

  • What if I have automatic payments set up?

    Your automatic payments and billing are still being managed by the same company in the same system so no action required.
