09/27/22Enrique another outstanding 360 Tech! Brought the new doorbell cam to replace existing that heats up and does not cool down. One issue I have; is that Alert 360 calls us rural here in Galveston and there is a $49 fee attached to servicing this area.08/18/22Kevin is an outstanding Tech! Troubleshot the system, installed new sensors that have range, (now why didn’t anyone think of that at initial install?). I guess not every install is a cookie cutter. Hopeful it worksoperationally long term.08/09/22360’s Tech Walter; very friendly, professional and thorough troubleshooting the system. He found that the sensor(s) were originally placed too far apart at the jams. Allowing for the contacts to become unsupervised. Very sharp individual and reviewed what previously had been performed by other techs. He double-checked the system and we’re good to go!Customer Service; continues to be “OUTSTANDING,” at Alert360.     As Alert 360, we plan to continue to offer the peace of mind of best-in-class security solutions with all the advantages that a larger company with greater resources has, combined with the local reach of understanding and truly caring about the communities we protect.

  • Do I need to update my account information or will billing change?

    No, you will remain in our system with the same login credentials you currently use to view your account, make bill payments, and upgrade your service. Even the customer portal experience will remain the same – just with a new coat of paint!

  • Will my app still work?

    Yes, our systems are still compatible with any current apps you have to manage your alarm system.

  • Has my account been sold to Alert 360?

    No, our companies are merging together and uniting under the Alert 360 name. Nothing else has changed – you’re still receiving the same great security service you’ve come to trust!

  • Are you still a local servicing company?

    Yes, our local branches and service technicians will remain the same to take care of all your home security needs, wherever you are!

  • How do I pay my bill?

    The same way you always have! If you signed up for paperless billing, you can still pay your bill online through the customer portal using your same login credentials. Mail-in payment details will be included in your next billing cycle.

  • How do I upgrade my system?

    Simply login to your account, view your account information, and select the ‘Upgrade’ tab. Or, you can call 866.484.4800, just have your account information handy!

  • Will I need to sign a new contract?

    No, your current contract and service information is still with the same company and will not need to be update!

  • What if I have automatic payments set up?

    Your automatic payments and billing are still being managed by the same company in the same system so no action required.

  • Will I need to get a new system?

    No, your existing system will remain connected and in service.
