Alert 360 Opens New Security Alarm Monitoring Center in Tulsa

Expanded U.S.-Based Monitoring Operations Support Customers Coast to Coast

As security technology continues to evolve, so does the need for faster response times, smarter monitoring, and more advanced protection solutions. To support growing demand for advanced home and business security services, Alert 360 has officially opened a new security alarm monitoring center at its corporate headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The new monitoring center strengthens Alert 360’s nationwide monitoring capabilities while creating additional room for the company’s rapidly expanding remote and live video monitoring operations.

For more than 50 years, Alert 360 has remained committed to delivering advanced security solutions backed by professional monitoring and personalized service. The opening of this new facility represents another major investment in that commitment.

A New Security Monitoring Center Built for the Future

Located inside Alert 360’s corporate offices at the Cityplex Towers in Tulsa, the new monitoring center serves customers across the United States with real-time alarm monitoring and emergency response services.

The facility is one of Alert 360’s two U.S.-based UL/FM/NISPOM-listed monitoring centers and was designed to support the future growth of both traditional alarm monitoring and advanced video monitoring services.

The center can accommodate up to 100 monitoring agents and features the latest Dell OptiPlex Micro Pro desktop systems powered by Intel Core Ultra 5 processors. Alert 360 also implemented premium sound-masking technology throughout the center to reduce background noise and improve call clarity for customers during critical moments.

From its Tulsa and Los Angeles monitoring centers, Alert 360 provides 24/7 monitoring for a full range of home and business security systems, including:

  • Indoor security cameras
  • Outdoor security cameras
  • Medical alert devices
  • Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
  • Mobile surveillance units
  • Glass break detectors
  • Motion detectors
  • Flood and water sensors
  • Door and window sensors
  • And more

Supporting the Growth of Remote & Live Video Monitoring

The opening of the new center also supports the rapid expansion of Alert 360’s Video Shield Remote Monitoring and Video Shield Live Monitoring services.

Over the past several years, Alert 360 has continued to expand beyond traditional alarm monitoring by integrating remote video monitoring, live video intervention, and AI-enhanced security technologies into its services.

Today, Alert 360’s video monitoring operations oversee more than 7,000 cameras nationwide and process more than half a million video alarms each month.

These proactive monitoring services help homeowners and businesses move beyond reactive security systems by identifying suspicious activity in real time and enabling faster intervention before incidents escalate.

Video Shield Monitoring Services Include:

  • Video monitored business openings and closings
  • Active monitoring triggered by motion, environmental alerts, or alarm events
  • Scheduled virtual guard tours
  • Monitoring of existing camera systems
  • Immediate notification of suspicious activity
  • After-hours dispatch support
  • Reduced false alarms and false dispatches
  • Enhanced perimeter protection for businesses and homes

This proactive approach helps reduce theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other security threats while improving situational awareness and response times.

Combining Advanced Technology with Human Expertise

While technology plays a critical role in modern security, Alert 360 emphasizes that highly trained monitoring professionals remain at the center of every response.

“When constructing this new center, our focus was on the latest equipment and software; however, our dedicated monitoring agents, who receive extensive and continual training, are the essential human response behind our monitoring,” said Richard Ginsburg, CEO of Alert 360.

“These talented team members interpret data and provide a personalized response to security incidents and suspicious activity. While AI can assist in analyzing trends and providing insights, our team is there for our customers during the most critical moments.”

Ginsburg also noted that the expansion was necessary to support the continued growth of Video Shield Remote Monitoring and Video Shield Live Monitoring services, which require specialized monitoring stations and dedicated agents.

Built to Meet the Future of Security Monitoring

As security technology continues shifting toward AI-assisted analytics, remote monitoring, and intelligent video solutions, Alert 360 continues investing in both infrastructure and people to meet the evolving needs of homeowners and businesses nationwide.

“Security technology is rapidly changing to include more advanced monitoring that utilizes video more than ever and gives customers even more security options in outdoor and remote areas that were never before possible,” said Ginsburg.

“With our new center, growing team, and expanded monitoring options, we are well equipped to meet our customers’ needs now and in the future.”
