This has been the best service I have ever received from a security service professional (Oscar). Extremely professional, courteous and competent. He called and gave me an ETA, plus the automated system alerted me as well, no single point failure here (all bases were covered). Oscar took his time and resolved the issue, he was patient, explained the problem to me in layman’s terms so that I could understand. He also allowed me to ask questions and showed me what the problem was and what he planned on doing to resolve it. We need more security professionals like him, he clearly loves his job/ profession. Seems like Oscar should be a trainer for his Techs. I’m never leaving Alert 360. Oh and customer service representative was just as awesome, he was attentive, listened to my concerns and scheduled me within the same week. I’ve been with Alert 360 for over 7 years and the quality of work and customer service speak volumes. Overall, they go above and more

We are a commercial client and Rick and Sam have exceeded every expectation. When we had our business built we relied on one company who just wouldn't return calls or fix anything properly. I've been working with Sam for the last month on creating a solid system and he did not disappoint.Alert 360, Sam better be at the top of your payroll. 5 Stars but NOT HAPPYThere was a misunderstanding on a Disconnect Request - on my end or thiers, I am not sure.Service was for my 93 year old 2 war veteran father.Thats Korea and Nam...Alert 360 did not refund to my 93 year old father after they understood the house was empty for almost 6 months...So the system should have noticed zero activity... he moved out and they could have given a refund to an old vet but 'chose" not to do.Why 5 Stars? They did what they said and gave my dad good service!Yes Alert 360 I know you were notified but to get my dad on the phone was never going to happen. It was a fairly easy transition to a new company. Bruce Stevens, the head of sales in my area was excellent. His honesty and follow-through was amazing. A few tweaks and set up but it was easy and very non-disruptive. I would highly recommend this more

  • Do I need to update my account information or will billing change?

    No, you will remain in our system with the same login credentials you currently use to view your account, make bill payments, and upgrade your service. Even the customer portal experience will remain the same – just with a new coat of paint!

  • Will my app still work?

    Yes, our systems are still compatible with any current apps you have to manage your alarm system.

  • Has my account been sold to Alert 360?

    No, our companies are merging together and uniting under the Alert 360 name. Nothing else has changed – you’re still receiving the same great security service you’ve come to trust!

  • Are you still a local servicing company?

    Yes, our local branches and service technicians will remain the same to take care of all your home security needs, wherever you are!

  • How do I pay my bill?

    The same way you always have! If you signed up for paperless billing, you can still pay your bill online through the customer portal using your same login credentials. Mail-in payment details will be included in your next billing cycle.

  • How do I upgrade my system?

    Simply login to your account, view your account information, and select the ‘Upgrade’ tab. Or, you can call 866.484.4800, just have your account information handy!

  • Will I need to sign a new contract?

    No, your current contract and service information is still with the same company and will not need to be update!

  • What if I have automatic payments set up?

    Your automatic payments and billing are still being managed by the same company in the same system so no action required.

  • Will I need to get a new system?

    No, your existing system will remain connected and in service.
