We are excited to welcome some of the VIO customers to Alert 360, providing even better service, support and protection. We’ve also introduced new smart home and business technologies to meet the demands of home and business owners, like you.
Alert 360 started as a security company in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1973. In nearly 50 years, we have grown to be the 5th largest residential security provider in the country, serving nearly a quarter of a million customers in 26 states! Today, we own and operate our alarm monitoring center in Tulsa, providing best-in-class technology, dependable service and smart home automation.

Moving forward, you’ll notice the name and logo change on any communications from us.
Otherwise, nothing else has changed. We’re still your local neighborhood security company, with the same team answering our phones, providing service in your home or office, and monitoring your alarms 24/7.

Who is Alert 360?
Alert 360 started as a small security company in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1973. In 45 years, we have grown to be the 5th largest residential security provider in the country serving nearly a quarter of a million customers in 26 states!
How does this benefit me?
For decades, Alert 360 and the My Alarm Center family of brands have provided protection and peace of mind for security customers across the nation. As separate companies over the years, we’ve matched advancing technology to our product offerings to meet the unique needs that modern security requires.
As Alert 360, we plan to continue to offer the peace of mind of best-in-class security solutions with all the advantages that a larger company with greater resources has, combined with the local reach of understanding and truly caring about the communities we protect.
Do I need to update my account information?
No, you will remain in our system with the same login credentials you currently use to view your account, make bill payments, and upgrade your service. Even the customer portal experience will remain the same – just with a new coat of paint!
Will my app still work?
Yes, our systems are still compatible with any current apps you have to manage your alarm system.
Will I need to get a new system?
No, your existing system will remain connected and in service.
What if I received a letter from another security company saying that Vio sold my account to them?
It is possible that Vio transferred your account to another security company. No customers were transferred to both companies to our knowledge, so you will have either received direct communication from Alert 360 or this other security company.
As mentioned above, only some of the Vio customers were transferred to Alert 360 for the ultimate customer experience we have to offer.
If your account was transferred to another security provider, this was before we entered into an agreement to acquire accounts from Vio.
Are you still a local servicing company?
Yes, our local branches and service technicians will remain the same to take care of all your home security needs, wherever you are!
How do I pay my bill?
If you signed up for paperless billing, you can still pay your bill online through the customer portal using your same login credentials. Mail-in payment details will be included in your next billing cycle.
How do I upgrade my system?
Simply login to your account, view your account information, and select the ‘Upgrade’ tab. Or, you can call 888.642.4567 , just have your account information handy!
What if I have automatic payments set up?
Your automatic payments and billing are still being managed by the same company in the same system so no action required.
